Terms And Conditions


These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in the text messaging program described below, offered by Kelpie, a brand name used and operated by Wire Salad OÜ, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Estonia (company reg. No. 16105764), registered address Tallinn linn, Hobujaama tn 4, 10151 Estonia, European Union (“Kelpie”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.

Kelpie Order & Dispute SMS Alerts

1. This program sends you transactional text messages about your own order — specifically: (a) a message letting you know that a payment dispute was opened on your order, and offering an immediate refund if you cancel the dispute, so you don't have to wait through the standard dispute review process (which can otherwise take up to 45 days); and (b) a follow-up message confirming once your refund has been issued. These are account/order notifications only — this program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@kelpie.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 2 messages in connection with a single payment dispute on your order — one when the dispute is opened, and one confirming your refund once it is processed; message frequency depends on your own order/dispute activity, and this is not a recurring/subscription message program. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
