Cancellations Policy
This Cancellation Policy (hereinafter – “Policy”) explains how you may cancel your subscription or services purchased on kelpie.com (hereinafter – “Website”). This Policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
The Website and any products or services labeled under the brand name Kelpie are operated by Wire Salad OÜ, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Estonia (company reg. No. 16105764) with a registered address at Tallinn linn, Hobujaama tn 4, 10151 Estonia, European Union (hereinafter – “Company”, “Us”, “We” or “Kelpie”).
1. HOW TO CANCEL
1.1. You may cancel your subscription or services at any time by using one of the following methods:
(a) Through your Kelpie account dashboard; or
(b) By contacting our customer support at support@kelpie.com.
1.2. When requesting cancellation, you must identify yourself by the same first name and surname that you provided to us when purchasing on the Website.
2. CANCELLATION NOTICE PERIOD
2.1. For recurring Allergy Chews Subscription Plans, cancellations must be received at least five (5) days prior to your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
2.2. If your cancellation request is received less than five (5) days before the next renewal date, the cancellation will take effect after the upcoming billing cycle, and you will be charged for that period.
3. WHEN CANCELLATION TAKES EFFECT
3.1. Your cancellation shall become effective upon the expiration of the term of the plan for which you have already subscribed and paid. We will not renew your subscription or charge you for subsequent periods after cancellation takes effect.
3.2. Once your subscription is cancelled and the current paid term expires, your access to the member area and associated Services will be terminated.
3.3. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you acknowledge that Services cannot be refused once provided. Services are considered provided when you receive access to the member area and log in.
4. REFUND POLICY
4.1. All sales are final. Due to the consumable nature of our pet supplement products, and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns.
4.2. No refunds will be granted for cancellation of subscriptions, non-use of Services, or for past periods during which you have used or had the ability to use the Services.
4.3. In the unlikely event We elect, in our sole discretion, to make a refund (for example, to correct a billing error), any refund issued will be processed only via the original payment method used for that purchase. No alternative payment methods or cash-out options are available.
5. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
5.1. To be eligible for our 30-day Money Back Guarantee regarding the Allergy Chews products, you must adhere to the following requirements:
(a) Submit clear, timestamped photographic evidence consisting of one “before” photo taken immediately prior to the commencement of your dog’s Allergy Chews regimen; and
(b) One “after” photo taken no sooner than thirty (30) days following the consistent daily administration of our Allergy Chews to your dog.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification and to deny any refund request at its discretion.
6. YOUR PERSONAL DATA
6.1. After you cancel your subscription, your personal data will be retained and processed in accordance with the timelines and purposes set out in our Privacy Policy (kelpie.com/privacy). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy to understand how your information is handled following cancellation.
6.2. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@kelpie.com. Unless we are legally required to retain the data, we will take steps to delete it as soon as is practicable.
